Blueberry Crisppppppp + Peaches

So, as you may recall I put up a post on The Sand  about Jerms and my's romantic dinner in Indy at St. Elmo's Steakhouse. So everything we ate there was AMAZING. For dessert we had the Blueberry Peach Pie that had a topping on it that was basically like a crumble. Ergo I decided that I MUST MAKE IT.
Or really, I should just make a cobbler and my inlaws were over stopping our roof from gushing water and also that meant I got to go crazy cooking and spend all day doing it, which was SUPER FUN. Sometimes I go too crazy and then I am exhausted for days on end because I over exerted myself trying to act like I am on Next Food Network Star.
But, I really just wanted an excuse to make a cobbler. MMMMM. I used this recipe
SO first up, I boiled the peaches and peeled them. Used the technique where you put an "x" on the bottom and then boiled, then blanched. In theory, the skin comes right off. Some of my peaches weren't as ripe, but it still worked.
Then I sliced them and mixed them up with blueberries and sugar and corn starch.
Damn it, these pictures are out of order. Oh well. IDC enough to jack around with moving them.
Then I mixed the crumble which was TWO STICKS OF BUTTER YES OMG, sugar, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.

MMM. Then baked and PRESTO. YUMMO. It was exactly as I wanted it to be. Will totally make this recipe again.
