Corn Boil Shrimp Thing

So I decided like, last weekend that I wanted to make these. I was super stoked too because
1. I really like shrimp.
2. I really like andouille sausage and usually only buy it for jambalaya.
3. The kids all either like one or the other or both.
3. mmmm summer corn
4. always with potatoes. YES.

So yesterday we did the Creme De La Crumb's Shrimp Boil Foil Packets.
Basically, I cut up some corn (O dehusked it. He's terrible at it but I think on purpose to get out of it. Sadly, he has to keep doing it) and then we boiled it along with some teensy potatoes. Now, I normally wouldn't buy those tiny potatoes because they are more expensive, but since I just had HALF A BAG of potatoes take a turn on me in my hot kitchen, I decided to go with the bite sized ones. It actually worked better I think.
You were supposed to then halve those corns...I chose not to. SHOCKINGLY.
So. Boil. Then add to bowl of shrimp and cut up andouille .

Then you mix melted butter with OLD BAY YUMMO OMG LOVE OLD BAY and salt and pepper and garlic and a splash of lemon and pour it all over your bowl o' goodness. I used pre-cooked shrimp because it is cheaper and I am also kind of lazy. Again, see the refusing to further cut corn above.
Then, you make them into pretty little foil packets (which I did not take pictures of because this was the point in the evening where too many people asked me too many questions and I started yelling and then my sweet Jerms sent me to my room to calm down and listen to music) and then you grill them on medium high heat for about 10 minutes.
The feedback I got was to make the foil packets a little bit layered so when your sweet husband goes to grill them and he flips them per the directions they don't leak delicious butter everywhere.
BOOM. Came out great. All the kids liked it. ( I even was nice and made two packets that had no shrimp for the non-liking shrimp kids). Will absolutely make it again.
