Gematos or bust

Soooooooooooo last night Reef and the gang and I all trekked out for a Friday dinner. Originally, Reef had the idea of us going to some food trucks in downtown Aurora, but someone (me) was way too grouchy to even attempt that. Which, kind of ruined our plans (SORRY AGAIN I WAS GROUCHY) but then we were maybe going to go to Blue Moon BBQ but I didn't want to go there either. (TOO GROUCHY AND HAD KIDS SO DIDNT WANT TO WASTE A NEW RESTAURANT ON GROUCHINESS). So Reef kindly suggested Gematos, a wood fired BBQ place which is conveniently located near my house and that I also like. We pretended like his mom was there (Hi SANDY!) cause it's her favorite and she made me order delicious ribs. (she was legit in my head saying GET THE RIBS). Kiki also had ribs, and Reef had a yummy pulled pork sandwich. Did I mention that we all made sure to wear our matching Ducks gear out to dinner on a Friday, because GO OREGON! 

Prompting the cashier to ask Reef, ARE YOU FROM OREGON? To which, he replied, "maybe". Ha! 

 

 

I had Greek potatoes. Kiki had fries and Reef had sweet potato fries. Basically, it's a Greek owned restaurant where everything is very delicious always. 

But yeah, good times. Reef hung my kid upside down and harassed him a whole bunch so that was fun and I got to be less grouchy.
